ABOUT US
Welcome to Family Safety Network. We are dedicated to advocating for healthy relationships and empowering survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Teton Valley. Our mission is to foster a community where safety, respect, and support are available to all.
Our History
Family Safety Network was founded in 1994 by a dedicated group of women who, driven by compassion and a shared vision, recognized a significant gap in local resources for individuals facing domestic violence. Their personal experiences and commitment to helping a friend suffering in an abusive marriage sparked the creation of an organization that would provide critical support and advocacy.
Over the past 25 years, Family Safety Network has evolved from a small, grassroots initiative into a thriving, community-based advocacy organization. Through unwavering dedication and hard work, we now serve over 300 individuals annually who are impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Our growth and success are a testament to the power of community collaboration and the ongoing need for comprehensive support systems for those in crisis. With a broad range of services and programs, we continue to adapt and respond to the needs of our community, striving to ensure safety, justice, and healing for all those we serve.
