Family Safety Network is Hiring a Victim Advocate!
 

Are you passionate about supporting survivors and creating a safer community?
 

Family Safety Network is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Victim Advocate.
 

In this role, you'll provide crisis intervention, safety planning, systems advocacy, and ongoing support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and related crimes. You'll work alongside survivors as they navigate safety, healing, and hope.
 

We're looking for someone who:
• Leads with empathy, respect, and a trauma-informed lens
• Is highly organized and self-directed
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and accountability
• Builds strong relationships with clients and community partners
• Is committed to cultural humility and continuous learning
 

Family Safety Network is a small, mission-driven team. Successful advocates are both highly collaborative and comfortable working independently, taking ownership of their work while contributing to a strong team culture.
 

Position Details:
• Full-Time (32 hours/week, Monday–Thursday)
• Starting at $25/hour DOE
• Paid time off and benefits
• Driggs, Idaho
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply
